New Stock Subscription Notice

In relation to the “ New Stock Issuance Notice ” posted on our website on October 28 , 2024 , we hereby announce the subscription as follows .

1.  Type and number of shares :   2,090,000 shares of registered common stock

1) General public offering of new shares : 2,000,000 shares ( excluding 1,000,000 shares for sale of existing shares )

2) Mandatory acquisition of third- party allocation by the lead manager : 90,000 shares

* If the subscription does not reach the target number of shares in this public offering and the lead manager acquires the remaining shares, the mandatory acquisition quantity may change .

2. 1 Week Face Value : 500 won

3.  New stock issuance price : 6,400 won

4.  Subscription schedule for new shares : November 7-8 , 2024

5. New share payment due date : November 12 , 2024
